"pam-lamonica"“As a resident of Dublin for the past 28 years, I am very excited for the vibrant changes that are coming for the City of Dublin. The ongoing revitalization of Old Dublin, the addition of the parkland, and the development of residential homes and retail businesses helps our city to be one of the most desirable communities for people to live and work. The housing opportunities that the Bridge Street District offers for young professionals and empty nesters encourages these residents to make Dublin their home for years to come.”

"Bob-Gina"“Urban planners have foreseen a sea change in demographics, already underway, with young and old alike preferring the type of housing to be offered in the Bridge Street District. It will be attractive to young professionals and empty nesters with its walkable cafes, bars, retail and the soon-to-be-doubled-in-size library. The young, educated people likely to live here will help Dublin attract and keep corporate offices, the lifeblood of our tax base. As it builds out, it will undoubtedly generate far more tax revenue for the schools and City than the costs incurred. All of this adds to my home value Dublin has always been cutting-edge, the model for other suburbs, and the Bridge Street District keeps us as a model of forward thinking development. "columbus-underground"“Kudos to Dublin. Other outer ring central Ohio suburbs should definitely take note of what Dublin is doing here. Hell, other outer ring suburbs throughout this state and region of the country should be taking note of what they are doing.

As for rail, I recall that Dublin’s planners have already been looking into the possibility of a commuter line between their town center and Downtown Columbus. Who knows when it will happen, but they are at least on board with it, maybe even more so than Columbus itself seems to be.”
