DUBLIN, Ohio, February 18, 2016\u2014Dublin, Ohio-based developer Crawford Hoying announced today that they have completed two leases totaling 18,900 square feet of retail space in its Bridge Park development for The RAM Restaurant & Brewery (The RAM) and Mesh Fitness. The announcement marks the first tenant announcement for Crawford Hoying\u2019s highly anticipated Bridge Park development. Brent Crawford, principal of Crawford Hoying, made the announcement.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs construction of Bridge Park continues to move forward as scheduled, we are proud to welcome The RAM Restaurant & Brewery and the new community-focused fitness brand, Mesh Fitness, to our ever-growing list of tenants,\u201d said Crawford. \u201cOur vision for Bridge Park has always been to create a one-of-a-kind destination where friends and visitors alike could come together and see first-hand all that Dublin has to offer. Founded 45 years ago in Lakewood, Wash., The RAM became an employee-owned company in 2014 and has over 30 restaurants in 7 states. The company currently has a new location under construction in Columbus and the Dublin restaurant and brewery will be their second in Ohio. Best known for its casual, family \u2013friendly atmosphere, The RAM menu boasts favorites including Fish & Chips, Legendary Burgers, House Specialty Mac & Cheese, tasty Ribs and an assortment of fresh salads and piled high sandwiches. To complement their superior quality food, The RAM pours the freshest and most \u201cdrinkable\u201d award-winning craft beer, created by their passionate and talented in-house brewers. The restaurant will occupy 8,500 square feet of space and feature outdoor patio seating.<\/p>\n

The 10,400-square-foot Mesh Fitness is slated to be open in the fall of 2016. Mesh Fitness offers a differentiated fitness experience, complete with cardio and strength offerings, innovative group training zones and outdoor park training options. The Mesh Fitness philosophy is built on engaging all members of the local community. With the neighborhood vision top-of-mind, Crawford Hoying has partnered with Mesh Fitness to be its residential fitness provider where each residential unit within Bridge Park will receive one complimentary membership to the fitness center.<\/p>\n
