DUBLIN, Ohio, February 18, 2016\u2014Dublin, Ohio-based developer Crawford Hoying announced today that they have completed two leases totaling 18,900 square feet of retail space in its Bridge Park development for The RAM Restaurant & Brewery (The RAM) and Mesh Fitness. The announcement marks the first tenant announcement for Crawford Hoying\u2019s highly anticipated Bridge Park development. Brent Crawford, principal of Crawford Hoying, made the announcement.<\/p>\n

Founded 45 years ago in Lakewood, Wash., The RAM became an employee-owned company in 2014 and has over 30 restaurants in 7 states. The company currently has a new location under construction in Columbus and the Dublin restaurant and brewery will be their second in Ohio. Best known for its casual, family \u2013friendly atmosphere, The RAM menu boasts favorites including Fish & Chips, Legendary Burgers, House Specialty Mac & Cheese, tasty Ribs and an assortment of fresh salads and piled high sandwiches.
