Bridge Street in Dublin, extending the redevelopment of the suburb&#8217;s downtown.<\/p>\n<p>The group, led by Scott Walker, owner of Olympus Homes in Westerville, paid $4.1 million for 12 parcels at Bridge Street and Moneterey Drive. A Sunoco gas station and six rental duplexes are now on the property.<\/p>\n<p>Walker said the group is finalizing plans for the site, but is considering a multi-story building on Bridge Street that would include retail and restaurant space on the first floor and perhaps apartments above.
