The 14,409-square-foot social destination to feature ‘old school’ entertainment, craft beer and classic cocktails

DUBLIN, Ohio, June 24, 2016—Crawford Hoying announced today it has added Ohio’s newest and highly-anticipated social destination, Pins Mechanical Company, to its growing list of Bridge Park tenants. Brent Crawford, principal of Crawford Hoying, made the announcement.

“Bridge Park was created to be a regional destination featuring unique, high-quality tenants that elevate the way locals and visitors alike live, work and play,” said Crawford. “Pins Mechanical is yet another integral component in our mission toward successfully completing our vision for Bridge Park. We look forward to welcoming its uniquely nostalgic concept to our project and are confident it will appeal to multiple demographics seeking new and exciting ideas for a night out.”

The newest venture from 16 Bit Bar & Arcade owner Troy Allen, Pins Mechanical Company was named after the pins and setter mechanism of duckpin, the nostalgia of pinball and the electric pinup vibe of its staff. Its Bridge Park location will occupy 12,795 square feet of interior space with an additional 1,614 square feet of outdoor covered patio seating on the east side of the development on the corner of Riverside Drive and Banker Street. A revival of “old school” entertainment, the venue’s atmosphere will be vintage industrial modern, with a focus on comfort. Dubbed an “alternative to the monotonous,” locals and visitors alike will be able to visit Pins Mechanical to partake in classic games, such as duckpin bowling, pinball, ping pong and shuffleboard, while indulging in its extensive list of imported and local craft beers and classic craft cocktails with a concentration on Bourbon. The social gathering venue is expected to be open in late Summer 2017.

“Pins Mechanical is a unique concept that combines old school traditions with a playful and non-traditional experience. We needed to find a location that would be reflective of our brand and ensure its success, and we knew we could accomplish this within Bridge Park,” said Allen. “This development is perfectly introducing a new and alternative wave of excitement that build’s off of the community’s rich history, and we are excited to call it our new home.” For more information on Crawford Hoying and Bridge Park please visit www.bridge-park.com.
