(Dublin, OH)\u00a0\u2013 Dublin City Council approved a basic development plan, basic site plan and five waivers for the 30.9 acre Bridge Park development presented by the applicant Crawford Hoying Development Partners at a special meeting of Dublin City Council Tuesday, January 20.<\/p>\n
After more than three hours of presentations, discussions and public comments, Council voted to approve the basic development plan, basic site plan and five waivers with stated conditions regarding more refinement to the architecture of the buildings desiring more \u201cwow\u201d factor. They approved:<\/p>\n

The basic development plan and site plan reviews presented in a report to Council summarize the mixed used development site plan, development plan, the review procedures, the Administrative Review Team (ART) comments, the review standards and analysis and the waivers (two proposed for the development plan and three proposed for the site plan). See full report at:\u00a0<\/span>http:\/\/dublinohiousa.gov\/dev\/dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/Bridge-Park-Basic-Plan-Review-Report.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n Council also voted to determine the Planning & Zoning Commission would be the reviewing body for the (final) Development Plan, (final) Site Plan and Master Sign Plan application.<\/p>\n The\u00a0<\/span>Basic Plan Reviews<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>are the first steps in the development review process, allowing for feedback on projects at an early stage and to ensure that projects align with the\u00a0<\/span>Bridge Street District Area Plan<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>in the Dublin Community Plan. This project is being reviewed by City Council because it involves a\u00a0<\/span>Development Agreement<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>between the City of Dublin and the applicant, so the Basic Plan Review will include discussion of the public improvements portions of the project.<\/p>\n Crawford Hoying has been working with the City of Dublin since June 2014 having previously submitting concept plans to City Council and Planning & Zoning Commission for review and feedback.<\/p>\n ###<\/p>\n Media contact:<\/strong>
