They approved:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>Basic Development Plan<\/strong>, which defines the street network and block layout for the entire 30.9-acre site; and<\/li>\n<li>A<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>Basic Site Plan<\/strong>, which is for the first phase of the project including eight mixed-use buildings for a total of 371 housing units and 260,000 square feet of commercial development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The basic development plan and site plan reviews presented in a report to Council summarize the mixed used development site plan, development plan, the review procedures, the Administrative Review Team (ART) comments, the review standards and analysis and the waivers (two proposed for the development plan and three proposed for the site plan).
