After 7-year construction pause, Sunrise of Dublin ready to open
Sunrise of Dublin finally is beginning to accept residents after the project stalled and symbolized the sway of the Great Recession for seven years.
“We are really excited to open our doors to the community and thrilled to be here working with them,” said Sarah Burress, Sunrise of Dublin executive director. “They have been very supportive.”
Sunrise will admit its first resident on Monday and has received over four dozen commitments. The 66,000-square-foot, 80-unit assisted living facility will have a capacity of 95 residents.
