Dublin Council clears way for Bridge Street project start
Construction on the first phase of the Bridge Park development is slated to start on Sept. 1, spurred by the Dublin City Council’s unanimous approval of a development agreement with Crawford Hoying.
The first phase of the project will include 269,000 square feet of restaurant, office, retail and personal services, two parking garages, 382 apartments and 42 condominiums on the east and west sides of the Scioto River north of Rt. 161.
The agreement calls for the city to contribute $43.1 million in public improvements for the first phase — $11.1 million on roadways and $32 million to build two parking garages.
