The eight-story hotel anchoring Dublin’s Bridge Park development is nearing its debut.

AC Hotel Columbus Dublin will open in September, developer Crawford Hoying Development Partners and manager Shaner Hotels said in a joint announcement.

The 150-room hotel at Riverside Drive and Route 161 is expected to cater to business and leisure travelers, with rates starting at $159 a night. AC Hotel is a brand under the Marriott International Inc. umbrella.

There will be a rooftop restaurant and bar, called Vaso, overlooking the Scioto River, a spacious lobby, lounge and meeting rooms and a fitness center.
