The first and largest phase of Crawford Hoying Development Partners LLC’s massive Bridge Park project in Dublin could take shape as early as August.

The developer provided an update to Dublin City Council on Monday for its mixed-use development, with Principal Brent Crawford telling officials they are shovel-ready pending approval of a development agreement with the city at Dublin City Council’s Aug. 10 meeting.
